Gone Again

I'm going to be off the grid again for 5 days.  I'm taking the boys for a last camping trip to Birdshill Park.  I've never camped there, but hopefully it'll be okay.  I understand there is lots of Poison Ivy in the park… I'm not sure if it's around the campsites though.

Just for a lark, I took a test for what age I acted (Thanks Heather)

You Are 29 Years Old
Under 12: You are a kid at heart. You still have an optimistic life view – and you look at the world with awe.

13-19: You are a teenager at heart. You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.

20-29: You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel excited about what's to come… love, work, and new experiences.

30-39: You are a thirtysomething at heart. You've had a taste of success and true love, but you want more!

40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.

Post Holiday Blues

The Holidays are over.  A beautiful week camping and a wonderful week at the in-laws.  I don't think I could have asked for a better time!

But now the Post Holiday Blues are setting in.  The boys are so far off of any schedule it's ridiculous.  A couple of nights back, even though they were in bed at the regular time, Ryan fell asleep at 10:30 PM and Jared at 11:00 PM.  Ugh.  The long process of bringing order back into our lives begins.

My sleeping patterns have also been broken.  Next holiday, I have to make sure I keep them up.  It has been pure hell just trying to get up at 6:00 AM, never mind at 5:00 AM.  Of course, it doesn't help if I'm awake until 11:30 PM waiting for the boys to sleep!  We've got another  2.5 weeks to get things back in line, so it should be okay.

Last Automated Holiday Post

(Holiday Post #4)

Well, it seems that these posts come out on a more regular basis when I'm on holidays than when I'm not.  Joy!  Of course, these posts are pretty small and empty.

Here are some funny videos:

And last but not least, the worst idea I've seen in a long time.
