Things have changed. I’m back at work now. I was offered a job that let’s my kids think I’m still a stay-at-home dad, which basically means when the kids aren’t in school, I’m not at work. The only differences they see is they spend lunch at school now, the house is messier, and my stress level occasionally goes through the roof. It would be nice to go back to being a stay-at-home dad, that’s for sure.
This web page is about me, Gerald Brandt. I’m a stay at home dad with 2 kids, a four and a six year old. I’m also an aspiring writer, and I’ve been taking my writing seriously since 2003. They say that even just 15 minutes of writing a day helps, and this is the place I will test that theory. Yes, I plan to write way more than that, but some days… ya’ know? Some days this blog may be all I manage to do.
